The Rum Cask

The Rum Cask is the rum line of the German independent whisky bottler The Whisky Cask. The first rums have been released in 2013 and the company showed that they have a knack for selecting high quality rums from different origins. Most bottlings are sold in half liter bottles and offer very good value for money. What is more, some have been selected together with my colleagues from BAT and thus wear the label “Recommended by Barrel Aged Thoughts”. It is the first and only collaboration between an independent bottler and reviewers that I am aware of. The results speak for themselves. Well done!
